Executive Private Consultation
The AMMT private consultation program is an executive experience. It is preceded with a survey covering the key facets of the company, an analysis of the company by department, and a personal potential analysis of the CEO detailing abilities to be reinforced and weaknesses for support.
The private consultation program is “holistic” in the sense that it covers the “whole person”. The company is a mirror image of the CEO and as such, the views, the considerations, the personal strengths and weaknesses are reviewed. A strategic plan is drawn, based on existing resources and a 3 follow up program of consultations is implemented to ensure completion of all targets
The Premium Program-The Arte Maren Yearly Retainer
This unique program is based upon a highly specialized technique called Why Finding. All situations, whether positive or negative have a source; a cause. Whu Finding is a sophisticated management tool with which to discover the real situation (what is often presented is the symptom not the situation), locate the actual cause and create the sequential actions that either reinforce the positive situation (an activity often neglected due to too much time spent on the negative situations) and handle the negative situation, terminatedly.
Company and group presentations
The Arte Maren company presentations are preceded with several vital data collection activities. Information prior to the seminar/training is gathered from executives, the general employee population and the CEO. This approach is called viewpoint coaching and entails not relying on any one particular data source but gathering multiple viewpoints and then evaluating the common denominators. It is also valuable to compare the differences of “opinion” between partners, execs and staff.
The three day presentation schedule begins with a full day of consultation with the CEO or owner. The second day provides training for the executive strata based upon much of which was learned from the prior day consultation with the CEO. The third day includes an address to the employees at large. The fourth day is utilized by sharing observations and recommendations with the CEO of all previous days and activities.
