Arte spent many, many years researching the basics of this aspect of successful marketing.  He has isolated the key elements, the natural laws, that make it work and the barriers to building a business through referrals. 

While delivering a great product or service is a vital element to company success and can result in referrals, leaving it at that is very passive. It is being at effect.  In this program, Arte provides the understanding and the tools to cause referrals to occur and thus accelerate growth and expansion.

Arte did two webinars on the subject which we recommend you start with. The first includes a short story from the time when Arte worked with LRH. Both provide an excellent overview of the importance as well as the simplicity of being cause over referrals.

Then there are four instructional videos specifically done to familiarize you with the elements of causatively generating referrals to start you on the way to working out how to most effectively apply them to your business. (Transcripts are provided for these.)

This program includes a handbook that clearly lays out the importances as well as the procedure to implement your own program.
